This Men’s Mental Health Week, we’re sharing the stories of men who have found support, strength, and hope through the charity in the hope of raising awareness of the services we can offer to men who have been affected by cancer across Northern Ireland.

 

Our centre, nestled at the foothills of the Sperrin Mountains overlooking Lough Fea, is here for anyone who needs a safe space to talk and be supported. Throughout the week, hear directly from our clients and counsellors about the difference support can make.
